Gymnastics Classes for Kids –
This program is designed for children between the ages 3-7 & 8-13 years old. This is a beginner gymnastic class with emphasis placed on building strength, coordination and self-confidence by using modified gymnastics apparatus designed for the preschooler.
Advanced Gymnastics training are offered by invitation only. Gymnastics classes begin at three days per week and teach the skills necessary to begin competitive gymnastics. Strength, flexibility and disciplined workout habits become more important in this program. This program is developed for gymnasts that have moved up from recreational classes but are not quite ready for the competitive levels
Gymnastics Classes for Teens –
Gymnastics Free Style – The “Jump Start” session is our way of introducing Knockout to newcomers at our academy. In this gymnastics session, our professional coaches guide all newcomers through the basic skills of freestyle training. This session is a mandatory one time session that covers body control, air awareness techniques, and falling techniques. Also an introduction to front flips, back flips and proper trampoline skills round out this packed session.
Gymnastics Classes for Adult –
Let Knockout be your team or private groups training center. Knockout offers slots for private training with our skilled coaching staff. Knockout has had the privilege of working with groups such as Gymnastics Freestyle Team. Our intro program “Jump Start” is offered at the beginning of any of the open sessions. Parkour Training –
Parkour is the French multidisciplinary “art of movement” that coaches its practitioners to move in the most effective, efficient and/or creative way possible, often utilizing pre-existing infrastructure like walls, rails, benches and other typical urban objects (though not limited to) to do so. It draws heavily from gymnastics, rock climbing, acrobatics and martial arts.
Ninja Warrior –
Have you been watching American Ninja Warrior? Come in and play on our custom balance, strength, and agility obstacles inspired by American Ninja Warrior. Practice balance on rolling barrel, slack lines, and balance trainer bars. Test your grip strength on our ball bridge, ropes, and cliffhanger. Try your might on jumping bars, slider bar, peg board climb, and work out on the salmon ladder!
